CEYLAN – Interlaken Heritage Days will be held today at Fairmont. It’s good to see community events scheduled this year. The Sherburn Festival will be on June 19th and I have heard that the Welcome and Truman summer festivals are also planned. In addition, the meeting of all schools in Ceylon will take place in 2022.
There will be a special ‘Good Times Karaoke’ tonight at 8:00 p.m. at Legends II in Ceylon. This special event will be in memory of longtime Ceylon resident Ronnie Van Heuman, who passed away this year.
Residents of Ceylon have received a letter reminding them that new meters (water and electricity) will be installed in the first half of July. There is no charge to replace the meters, but cooperation is required for this replacement to go smoothly. Vanguard utility
