Artpark said it made a decision following a review of updated New York State reopening mandates for large-scale outdoor events.

LEWISTON, NY – Artpark announced Wednesday that it will only allow fully vaccinated customers to be admitted to events with a capacity of more than 500 people.

People attending events at Artpark aged 16 and over must provide proof of having completed the COVID-19 vaccination series at least 14 days prior to the date of the event.

Here are the events scheduled so far with a planned capacity of over 500:

  • Strawberry Moon Festival (June 19)
  • Blackberry Smoke (July 1)
  • Fitz and the temper tantrums (July 6)
  • Chicago (July 31)
  • Osborne Brothers (August 3)
  • Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (August 20)
  • King Crimson (August, TBD)
  • Wilco + Sleater-Kinney (August 26)
  • Blues Traveler (August 29)
  • Glass Animals (August 30)

Vaccinations will be verified by the voluntary NYS Excelsior Pass or by a vaccination record with photo ID.

Temperature checks and a COVID health questionnaire are also required.

Customers will not have to wear a face mask and social distancing will not be required.

Children under 16, who are not vaccinated, can participate with a vaccinated adult, but must wear a mask.

If you have purchased tickets for an event and do not intend or expect to be fully immunized by the date of the event, you can get a full refund of your ticket purchase.
